"We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"We had a nice holiday, but we will not be returning. This holiday park has lots of potential with a nice pool, and nice little chalets, and nice friendly staff, however it is poorly maintained and in need of a deep clean. There were cracks in the walls of our chalet, and the power kept turning off. Whilst the kitchen area and bathrooms were clean, the floors and skirting boards were dirty. "Beautiful surroundings, lovely location to Holgate and Carbourg. Excellent heated pool (kids loved it) and really friendly staff. The accommodation was slightly tired but would definitely stay again."

"Great location and very close to Juno beach. Staff were friendly and energetic. Pool facilities were very good. Room was slightly dated and parts could have been better cleaned prior to check in. Overall had a good time and would return. "

However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. "You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. Make sure to try their restaurant, it is great. We had a family room, with twin beds in a loft, which the kids loved. It’s a nice walk to the Juno Beach centre, which every Canadian has to see once. In the morning there is a fish market, giving you a local vibe."

Hôtel un peu décevant mais bien situé

"L'hôtel est situé près d'un supermarché, de plusieurs boulangeries, de station essence, etc. L'hôtel est facile à trouver. Mais il y a des choses décevantes. Tout d'abord, sur les photos des chambres, on peut voir une bouilloire avec des tasses, mais en fait ce n'est pas le cas. Il n'y a pas de plateau de courtoisie dans les chambres. Le lit était assez confortable. Mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Par exemple, il y a des oreillers supplémentaires en haut de l'armoire. L'un des oreillers était sans taie, jaune et sentait mauvais et l'autre avait une taie mais avait une odeur. Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées et modernisées. Mais c'était pratique de loger dans cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement. "
