"This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. "Great location in the city centre and near to the beach; professional and welcoming staff on Reception. The hotel has a lovely contemporary design and is very nicely furnished. We were allocated a bedroom on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and of a nice design."
