To get out of the parking lot there was a huge truck blocking the view to the left side and I had go fowerd to see if a car was coming and yes a car was coming o most got hit Talk to the receptionist she said that she had told the driver to park there that it was ok that I had to be careful and u was that’s why is was going slow to the road and reception keep and talking about it I did like the way she responded does not have matters

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable (and I'm picky). I was happy the parking and the hotel area felt safe. The pool area was nice, though easily overcrowded. My few complaints are that the elevators were both broken (one the whole time, and the other off and on) and the floor/ceilings were really thin. The walls were fine, as I didn't hear anything on my floor, but I could hear EVERY step that my upstairs neighbor took for an entire night (who paces a 300sqft room for a whole night?). I would return, but perhaps ask for top floor.... hoping the elevators work!
