"This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are larger than usual and the property looks straight over to Corsica, which is a very nice view from one's living room and garden. The swimming pool area is nice but the pool is not heated, so be warned if you are going early in the season. The staff are friendly and helpful. "This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. "Wonderful hotel ! Everything was perfect. The room was so nice with an outdoor terrace and two chaise lounges, and partial view of the water. The lobby, the pool area and the beach club were all 5 stars! The beach area is not sandy but so unique with day beds nestled between rock formations. And the sunset from there is spectacular! The breakfast was wonderful and if you don’t want a big dinner there is also a pizza restaurant on the property open late. In summary, we loved it and would come back in a heat beat !"

"We were very kindly received at the reception desk after we „survived” a deception on our arrival in Porto Vecchio, because the owner of the apartment we had originally booked pretended that he had cancelled the booking, which was not true. The staff at Le Balamina made us feel safe regarding our stay in Porto Vecchio. We also had a delicious continental breakfast. We can‘t but recommend this Hotel which is not far from the port."

"Super beautiful hotel, gorgeous location next to the beach. Easy parking on the premises. Super friendly staff. Hotel private beach is very small but there is a nice big beach right next to it. Lovely town with a very good vibe! Really enjoyed it. (PS: make sure to check your final bill - we were double charged for dining. Otherwise truly amazing experience!"
