"The manager was so helpful regarding an earlier check in …nothing was too much trouble.. very kind and felt he had a great customer care attitude.howeverI did feel that his colleague called liz was very rude towards him ..no engagement towards us or another couple she was rolling her eyes and had no interest ..one man show well done very appreciative for his help.room lovely great location"

"Lovely location and site, clean and presentable. Parking is easy, not only the area as you drive in but also around the site. Bar food in the evening is recommened, small menu but the food is delicious and worth the cost. "

"Undergoing renovations during my stay so have to reserve judgement a bit. Room was clean and comfortable and small things do matter. Hot chocolate and biscuits were a much appreciated extra that I wasn’t expecting. WiFi worked fine for me and breakfast was good. "

"Kids gift pack in the room was great! Room was very tired, and the bathroom was quite damp and mouldy. A shower only had a full height head, but no shower cap provided. Didn’t use facilities as when I booked the hotel it told me I needed to book and pay extra, we were only going to have an hour so didn’t bother bringing swimwear. Turns out swimming was an option available included for our booking. Dinner was disastrous, but once we had spoken to 3 staff it was dealt with. However it did put a downer on the stay which was for a special occasion. "
