"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

I booked this place for my cousins wedding and then long after I booked I suddenly got a message saying they had accepted my cancellation (I was at work in meetings when i was supposed to have cancelled). This was despite being told when I booked that the booking was not cancellable. I then rebooked as it was one of few local options when it was re-advertised for more money. "The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"Apartment, location was excellent & clean! Apartment did not have a kettle or hairdryer but didn’t damper the holiday. Bistro restaurant was really good and staff very friendly! Would stay again!"
