"property needs work , rooms , hallways needs lots of upgrades, besides the a/c nothing was invested in this place in at least 25 years but this is what east-indiens do , they will run it into the ground set the bar very low so you won’t be disappointed"

"Hi, I had to cancel my booked stay because the whole town was experiencing a power outage. I had booked through Hotels.com but they were unhelpful initially about refunding my stay. I worked closely with Shemron Suites and they facilitated my refund. Without their help Hotels.com would not have refunded. I am very grateful to Shemron in particular N who was so helpful in being the interface between me and Hotels.com. Next time I will book directly with the hotel. I encourage people to stay here simply for the great customer service."

"The room was dusty, it smelled like someone lived in it and casually cleaned up the morning we arrived. The sheets looked used and wrinkled. The bath towels left actual dustbunnies on me after I showered. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Biggest red flag was the "king" mattress was a queen turned sideways. We found rashes on our backs and legs after we got home. I woulda send enemies to this business. Maybe even plan events for executives that i hate and book them rooms at this motel. Otherwise. Never. Again."

"Great little hotel for a few nights stay. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but for the price, it's comfortable, clean and well-maintained, with lots of free on-site parking. Located right on main street Pembroke so you're close to all sorts of restaurants and services, and a short drive from big box stores or the downtown strip."
