"The room was very nice. Staff was also kind and helpful. I had an issue with my keycard on the first day, and the front desk attendant was right on it and got me fixed up right away. The only negative thing I had happen was that when gathering our stuff before leaving, our keycards stopped working about 35-40 minutes befoed the actual checkout time. Thankfully, we had already gotten all our stuff out and I was just doing a final check when I realized it didn't work. I think it may have been something to do with swapping keycards maybe. When I notified the fromt desk about it upon checkout, they were very concerned about the issue and I trust that it will get looked into. I believe it was probably just a fluke though. Overall though, still giving 5 stars because everyone and everything was quite nice. The pool was kinda chilly though, but not a huge deal! "
