"Good place to stay since Bern station is just 10 mins away and the bus stop is across the road. Room cleaning was not up to standard. Bed was made up and trash was cleaned. That's about it. Vaccuming or swiping the tables once in three night would have been nice. Pillows were not comfortable. Bed was good. AC didn't work. If it did, it never brought the temp below 27 degrees when people were inside. I kept windows open at night. Friendly and responsive staff"

"A great location just a short tram ride out of the city centre. Rooms were clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. A latch on the toilet in the room and the ability to shower without holding the showerhead would be an improvement."

"Lovely Stay on the lake front with private dock for swimming and lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. Great views from the balcony. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There are a number of free parking spots right in front of the hotel first come first served. Tip: arrive early to get one. Bus #21 runs up and down the lake from Thun to Interlaken with a stop 100ft away. Bus fare is free to guests staying in hotels in the area. Beautiful time in Thun."
