Room was situated in a good spot above the office and had a small leafy balcony that was private. Location was very good for a brisk walk to the City Park and into town- no need to drive.

Great place for a quick overnight stay. It was small but adequate for our stay. We also loved it that we could go shopping for groceries over the road before heading of on our road trip.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment for families. Really clean and well presented. Coles and 24hr Kmart across the road for anything you need. Will definitely be back.

Property was in a good location, close to main street. There was no closable door on the main bedroom, and not enough couch space for 4 people. Otherwise for an overnight stay before out flight it was ok. Reception staff were accommodating and friendly.

Elphin Apartments were good option for my one night stay in Launceston. There is a KMart and Supermarket over the road so easy enough to get what you need. I had to carry my heavy bag up stairs, which was a little difficult.

Great apartment at a convenient location

The apartment is conveniently located with Kmart and Coles just right across the street. The house is big and clean and if there is anything didn't meet the expectation, it is the lack of a dryer. Lucky the weather was great during our stay and we could dry our clothes in our backyard.

Unit 21 The positives: Three bedrooms for a reasonable price. Very clean. Quiet outside sitting area. Dishwasher and washing machine. 2 toilets. Very quiet location yet right across from shopping centre. All beds were comfortable. The main bedroom was spacious and light. The negatives: lacking kitchen amenties for short stays with eating in ex. paper towel, cling wrap, salt and pepper, etc. The oven only works on the highest temperature and takes a while to heat up but it does eventually cook your items. The only shower (upstairs) was in a tub that was a very high step into and out of, therefore, not accessible if you have mobility or stability issues. No shower screen, if the person showering didn't take care water got all over the floor increasing stability issues with slipping risks. The bedrooms are all up the flight of stairs so take note if stairs cause you trouble. The twin bedroom was small had to shove the bed in front of the door to get in and out of the room easier. Astro turf not grass in outside area makes you wonder how hygenic the turf is.
