It was nice to stay. Only and the big minus was opening hour of restaurants.Hotel restaurants only limited to open very short opening hour plus not all restaurants open every day, If you visiting there without car, you would have serious problem for meals.

Pettynyt!

Petyimme pahasti. Kylpylässä kaikissa altaissa oli kylmää vettä. Kylpylä ja suhkutilat olivat tukkosia ja osa palveluista suljettuja. Huoneessa oli todella kuuma. Aamiainen ei myöskään ollut kummonen. Illan kun paleli allasosastolla ja yön hikoili huoneessa niin kyllä oli jo kotiin ikävä.

Ympäristö ja sauna voittaa sisustuksen ankeuden.

Huoneen lattia oli likainen ja roskainen. Silitysrautaa oli vaikea löytää puutteellisista ohjeista johtuen. Kesämenu oli suppea, annos mauton ja perunavoittoinen. Aamiainen perus. Aikainen lähtö, joten olisin toivonut, että kylpylästä edes yksi allas olisi ollut auki 7 alkaen aamu-uintia varten. Autottomille asiakkaille tulisi tarjota kyytiä Laukaan keskustaan kuten golffareitakin kuskataan. Takseja vaikea saada. Bussit harvassa. Palvelu oli hyvää kaikkialla, erityisesti vastaanotossa. Saunamaailma oli mahtava löytö ja kokemus. Korsun vapaaehtoinen huippu.

Erinomainen hotelli ja lomakohde

Erinomainen hotelli upealla paikalla. Emme valitettavasti ehtineet hyödyntää tiukan aikataulumme vuoksi suurta osaa hotellin palveluista ja aktiviteettimahdollisuuksista. Hauskaa tekemistä olisi kuitenkin ollut runsaasti tarjolla. Maisemat hotellista järvelle ovat upeat ja hotelli on oikein viihtyisä. Hyvä aamiainen. Huoneemme oli tilava ja toimiva, ajan tuomia kulumisen jälkiä oli pinnoissa melko paljon, mutta meitä ne eivät haitanneet.

Siivouksessa puutteita

Muuten ihan kiva hotelli ja kylpylä, mutta siivous oli hoidettu todella puutteellisesti. Nurkassa kasa sukkia, sängyn alla tyhjä pullo, roskia, seinässä roiskeita. Lakanat oli sentään vaihdettu. Asiakaspalvelussa pyysivät kuvia mutta eivät koskaan vastanneet kun lähetin ne.

Mukava paikka

Perheen kanssa yövyttiin huoneistossa. Huoneisto oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Ainoat miinukset patjoista jotka oli vuodesohvassa ja parisängyssä hieman kovat, aikansa eläneet.

Ihan mukava hotelli

Kaikki sujui oikein hyvin, parkkitilaa oli tarpeeksi, sauna oli mukava, kylpylässä erityisesti aamulla oli hyvin vähän ihmisiä ja huoneisto oli siisti. Huoneistossa ei ollut selkeää ohjetta kierrättämiselle, sitä voisi parantaa. Myös sähköauton latauspaikkoja tarvitsisi lisää.

Kylpylä oli ihan jees, harmitti vain kun esim elämyssuihku oli suljettu. Suihkun puolella veden lämpötila heitteli kuuman ja jäätävän kylmän välillä. Huone oli todella tuhruinen ja siivoamaton. Eteisessä edelleen kiviä lattialla, sängyssä tyynyllä pitkä hius, todella pölyinen kauttaaltaan ja lasiseinissä sekä peileissä näkyviä isoja tahroja. Aamupala oli kuitenkin oikein hyvä ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä!
