"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"

"Here's the edited version: --- What a fantastic option for anyone on a tight budget! I booked this hotel for my son for 8 nights at the last minute when other plans unexpectedly fell through. Despite the affordable price, he got a clean, warm room equipped with a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The TV even allowed him to watch YouTube, which was incredibly convenient. The property also offers a shared kitchen and refrigerator, perfect for preparing your own meals and coffee, helping save even more money. The location is not very central, but that’s reflected in the lower price. Plus, it’s quick and easy to get to the city center or Old Town using the many transportation options nearby. Parking is available, and there are several supermarkets and the Domina shopping mall within walking distance. Some rooms even have private kitchens and multiple bedrooms, so make sure to read the descriptions carefully when booking. Late check-ins are usually not available, but since my son arrived in the middle of the night, the property manager kindly sent a special video with detailed instructions on how to check in independently. This thoughtful gesture made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to the property manager and staff for making this such a pleasant stay. I’m sure we’ll book here again in the future!"
