"Room #1 was freezing and the heating didn’t work. The staff were helpful and moved me to room #2, which was also freezing. But, in room number #2 the barely functioning heater was able to raise the temp to a barely tolerable temp. I staid snuggled in bed and got a lot of reading done. "

"I had a reservation for a room with two double beds. Upon arrival I was told there's none available. What's the point of a reservation? The room they put us in had a broken toilet that was leaking across the floor. Moved us to another room that was quote" and upgrade. It was absolutely filthy in the TV. Didn't work. Will never go back"

"My room was 79 degrees. I called and someone was sent up promptly to fix. He came in the room, worked for about 10-15 mins and said it was set. The room did not cool down and it was a terrible nights sleep."

"Keep looking! Lots of work being done on property. No signs on building stating name. Restrooms in lobby dirty. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. We checked in and promptly checked out. "

"Truly disgusting! Dirty bathroom, dirty fans, shredded towel. Sheets seemed clean, but if our flight had landed before midnight, we would have left to find another place to sleep. "

"Well the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was the prime reason for getting this property, the pool was cold. They did have a very good free breakfast buffet! No real restaurant to really speak of and the bar opened late. "
