"I enjoyed the clean room and helpful staff. Only thing was lugging the luggage down those particular steps was kind of annoying and the height of the loft ceiling for the bedroom was quite small (and I'm short myself). "

"Excellent apartment. Parking was around the corner in a secure lot with limited spots. Let them know upon booking that you require parking. We would definitely stay here again as walkable to historic sights and many excellent dining options close by. "

"Overall a great experience at a convenient location! Unfortunately, 1 of only 2 dryers for the building were inoperable, making laundry a real challenge and requiring 6+ hours to accomplish two small loads. Not ideal. The fold out couch mattress fitted sheet was not clean and we requested fresh bedding twice, but it never came so we just let it go and dealt with it. Otherwise this was a very nice hotel and would return again."

"Property was clean and comfortable , staff were friendly and helpful. Set in garden with gates for security.Nice little restaurant for breakfast and a dinner menu.Not too far from old town and public transport was there if you dont want to walk.Also easy to get from airport by bus.I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Krakow.Thanks"
