"The outside area next to the revolving doors is disgusting and definitely is cleaned regularly. The pools are advertised as five pools...but only two are available to visitors...plus the close at 5:00 making it difficult to use. No perks .. no free coffee or anything of the sort.. The spa side elevators make a horrible noise... We could hear it all night long in our room. "

The bathrooms are beyond spotless. The staff is extremely professional. This is really a super nice hotel. And this comes from someone who is so, I’m told, very very fussy."
