"No microwaves for reheating your left over food Resort fee and extra unknown deposit required at check in. 300 more on top of what I booked on expedia. Room service would come tidy bed but not take trash not tidy the livingroom suite I called them several times and texted and the took forever. Food court is over expensive Nice rooms"

"Room was fabulous. Suite was perfect for our three person party. Everything was clean, fridge available, shower and tub separate, comfortable couch. It's a big property so you have to be prepared to walk. Staff was extremely helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars on-site but everything is a bit pricey. We had access to three pools and the reach had their own vibe."
