"If I could rate this hotel zero stars, I would. I specifically reserved a newly renovated room; however, upon arrival, the condition did not meet expectations. The floors had not been properly cleaned, as there was visible hair present. Additionally, I had concerns regarding safety on the property. There were numerous individuals loitering, particularly in the parking garage area. At one point, two individuals followed us to the elevators and were unable to access them with a key card, which created a very uncomfortable situation. As a result, we did not feel safe exiting on our floor. I reported the incident to the front desk, and while security was dispatched, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy. Furthermore, the hotel temperature was consistently uncomfortably warm. Overall, due to the cleanliness issues and safety concerns, I cannot recommend this property"

"Room was very spacious nice and clean however our AC was not working properly. Very hot in room. After 2 Attempts to have maintenance fix, no better. Staff reluctant to provide adequate financial assistance. "
