Las Vegas hotel rooms a the CitizenM Hotels

"We did online self check in which was fast and got us to our room quickly; however hotel didn’t acknowledge our request for two rooms close together (same floor) so we had to stand in the ridiculously long and extremely slow queue to speak with front desk. I would have liked to spend an extra night but didn’t want to stand in line for a 2nd time because of the long line at front desk. Staff were friendly but weirdly didn’t have autonomy to move rooms without first phoning someone and then going to the back to have room coordinator confirm. Personally, their system seems broken. There was a lot going on at the hotel (long weekend and sports tournament) which made peak times busy and over crowded (having to wait 10-15 minutes in line for elevator). But overall staff were friendly and fine place to stay. "

"My room was clean and up to date. I should have opted for a larger room but I went by myself. The staff was super nice. The only issue was 1 elevator that had issues. It’s wasn’t fixed that I was aware of, but people avoided it. "
