"We were there during a BTS concert so their registration line took 1 hour to wait for a kiosk to self check in then wait to receive a QR code for our key.
I had to get in 3 more small lines with live humans to actually get the QR code to then get into another queue for my physical key card we programmed ourselves.
If I hadn’t gotten into my human line to find out it didn’t accept my apply pay payment then I would have waited hours with no notification that there was an issue with my card payment like some guys next to me waited 6 hours after checking into get their QR code.
It was an inhuman process to make things efficient but was far from that experience.
Other than that, it was like any other Vegas hotel where it’s smoky from forcing to walk through casinos to find your room miles away at the other end of the hotel. The room service wasn’t open when we wanted to eat at 5 PM. In like all hotels in Vegas the food was extremely expensive so even though I took a $50 credit voucher by paying 22 bucks and try to stick in that budget, they slept on an unexpected $50 Resort fee anyway at the end."
