"The pool and the lazy river were completely out of action and being refurbished which we were not made aware of until we were checking into the hotel."

"The hotel is very affordable and is at the end of the strip that make it very easy to get in and out if you are driving, specially cuz you don’t have to deal with the strip traffic. Room was comfortable and very clean. I stayed at the skyrise tower and love it. The 2nd floor conect you directly with the parking lot and it has Starbucks right there in the comer right before you leave. The staff is “ok”! I had a problem before arriving because we were a group but we all reserved separately and I had to call couple times and most of people didn’t want to help but it was ONE that went above and beyond and help us and made sure we were all together and that we had a great stay! His name was RON and he was incredible. This was our third year staying at the hotel and we definetely will come back in 2027 and stay again. "
