"The hotel was great. The only problem we had was at check in our room wasn’t ready. Check in time was 3:00 and we tried to check in at 7:00 and our room still was not ready. Fortunately the awesome staff person at the self check in kiosk was able to help us book a different room."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was crunchy and wet in spots. There wasn’t an actual bathroom but instead the toilet, shower and sink were in three separate areas covered by sliding glass doors. The AC was locked at 74 degrees and I woke, it was 80 degrees in the room."

"There was garbage on the floor in my room on check in, the bathroom door does not lock, and the shower floods the bathroom because there is no door or curtain to keep the water contained. The hotel is also under construction and loud at times. The hotel itself is not “bad”, but it’s not “great” either… ..."
