Our flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk agent was extremely wonderful and allowed us into our room early so we could rest/shower after 24+ hours of travelling. The staff in the lobby bar was also very wonderful and kind to us. It is a beautiful property, from the lobby, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the stairs, to the rooms. We found the location to be great, along a major avenue, close to National Congress, and walkable to many other areas of the city. They were also able to arrange an very reasonable rate for a Tango show and dinner, with transportation included. "
