"We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. However, the process for requesting it was confusing (they default to paying for a private car), and after we had confirmed our complementary shuttle, it never came to pick us up, so we ended up paying for a taxi to get to the hotel after waiting an hour. We shared our experience with the staff and manager; they apologized but never offered to refund our cost for a taxi or any other compensation. Our dinner the first night arrived after an hour of waiting (and the food was cold), and the spa setting was lacking privacy. Although the building is nice and price is attractive, the overall management of the property and services is disappointing. I would recommend looking elsewhere."
