Alloggio si colloca in zona spiaggia Las Canteras, scendi e sei in spiaggia. L appartamento è discreto, spazi gradevoli. Fanno il cambio asciugamani in una settimana, direi gradito. La cucina è dotata di poche stoviglie, avrei gradito qualche posata e piatti in piu per riuscire a usare la lavastoviglie. Il forno era privo di manopole quindi non utilizzabile. Il bagno discreto e funzionale. La camera da letto funzionale. Il divano letto in soggiorno facilmente richiudibile per creare spazio, materasso discreto. Il servizio clienti whapp funziona bene, rispondono alle richieste effettuate in particolare abbiamo chiesto uno stendil. L accesso alla casa comodo con codici cosi eviti l ingombro di utilizzo chiavi.

Servicio atencion al cliente muy malo, el primer link emviado para hacer el check in mo funcciono, llame 2 horas al telefono y nadie me cojio. Busque en internet otros numeros de telefono, llame a un hotel que tenia nobre parecido, y me atendiero muy bien explicando que no son el mismo hotel, pero me han enviado ellos su pagina web para ckntactarles a travez de la pagima web. Por fin alguien me contesto despues de 2:30 horas, me enviaron la informacion y hemos podido entrar en el piso 2:30horas mas tarde!!! Y a todo eso, me han recordado que tengo que salir a las 11am cuando no he podido hacer el check in hasa las 5pm!!!

Ils ne sont pas disponibles et le fait d attendre 15h pour pouvoir avoir la chambre. Télé en panne. Changement des draps trop d attente. Bref ce n etait pas a la hauteur. Je n y reviendrais jamais.

Sejour chaotique, service de ménage non fait le jour de la semaine ou il etait prévu, serviettes usées ,telecommande tele é panne et pour la changer attendu 2 ou 3 jours bref pas bien du tout. Dommage.

Vi er veldig fornøyd med alt. Fin leilighet med bra størrelse. Alt var nytt og fint. Godt utstyrt med alt man trengte. Det var stort kjøleskap med fryser, micro og stekeovn. Soverom med kjempebrhagelig seng og god plass til klær i skap.Fint bad med dusj og såpe. Det var også vaskerom med vaskemaskin/vaskepulver og strykjern og strykjern. Det beste var beliggenheten. Bare noen meter fra Canterasstranda og masse restauranter og butikker. Vi kommer garantert tilbake for lengre opphold. Selvinnsjekkingen gikk bra. Fikk kontakt med en gang.
