"The place is dirty and falling apart. The food is similar to that served in an elementary cafeteria. I was placed in a Teepee where the linens were dirty and wet towels were on the footstool. I was told to put my things there, and they would send someone to clean it. That never happened, so I moved myself. "This was a beautiful property when it comes to been in the clouds and as close to nature as possible. The wind is loud at nighttime and whistles through the house all night; making it difficult to sleep. I booked through Expedia and the owner said she did not receive my reservation. "Nice hotel for an overnight stay close to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated, as was the included breakfast which was substantial with plenty of options. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. There was no mini-fridge which was a bit of a surprise but not a problem. The hotel has a lovely pool area that we could not enjoy because of heavy rain, but it looked like it would be a great place to hang out. Overall a great place to spend before a flight."
