"Breakfast was fresh and had variety. James from the Ibeza pool restaurant was the standout star of the week. We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. Thank you, James and the RIU Panama team. We will definitely return."

"Edgar and Diane at the front desk were amazing. From the day I checked it, Edgar answered all my questions and even made great suggestions. Diane also was helpful in calling and excursion place for me so I could book a last minute appointment. Overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend. "Thank you for the nice stay. We’re looking forward to returning this weekend. This will be easy as our go-to place when traveling through Panama City for overnights. Thanks for a decent room at a reasonable price. Breakfast is not in the hotel but a 30 foot walk to next door. Just for those expecting that to be in the hotel, it’s only available next door and give yourself some time to get it as the service is a bit slower for hot meals."
