The staff was very courteous. They let us know before check-in that the hot water heater was being repaired and that there may not be hot water. The pool/hot tub was a nice amenity but the flooring in that area was covered with something black that I assume was mildew. The tiles in the bathroom were loose.

The check in was a bit messed up! Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I made the reservation, the website said pets were free, however there was a $10/night/pet charge for Studio! The website was unclear that Studio 6 and Motel 6 were the same facility, but floor 3 was Studio 6 and the rest was Motel 6. We changed from Studio to Motel, because it's ridiculous to pay $80 for 2 20 lb. dogs for 4 nights!! The room was clean and good. The lighting was way sub-par both in the bathroom and the sleeping area! The shower/bath was excellent, with good hot water. The clothes hanging rack must have been installed by giants! It was a stretch for me to hang our clothing and my wife couldn't do it at all! The shelf on it was unusable. It was about a foot or less from the ceiling!! Other than those things, our 4 night stay was very good!

The place is clean with nice rooms. Our only complaint was the hot tub was luke warm so not great. But otherwise we like this place and have stayed there several times on our trips to Cruces.

The things we didn't like was having to change rooms because the AC was not working but other than that everything worked out and everything was really great only wish you all had breakfast in your hotel but grateful you had coupons hopefully next time you don't have to change rooms and we can use our coupons to eat somewhere. We also truly love that you are pet friendly.
