"Check in staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Plenty options. The only problem I had - I asked for a 12 oclock check because i had a meeting to attend. Front desk staff made a note and said everything would be fine. I returned to the room at 11. At that time I meet up with housekeeping, who asked me if I was checking out. I told her we would be leaving at 12. About 5 minutes went by, my husband was getting dressed and I was using the restroom and she let herself into the room to ask again if we were leaving and let our puppy out. I told her we would leave as soon as we could. I took the dog out while my husband finished getting ready. When he left the room she was standing at the door waiting for him to leave. Very unprofessional. Not sure why she was acting that way. "

"We’ve stayed at several Comfort locations and have always felt good about it. But this location was quite disappointing. One of our rooms was quite dirty and the refrigerator still had things from someone’s else’s stay. Our other room had baby roaches going behind the wall pictures and mirror, the bathroom floor and walls, and the wall by the little sofa. Sorry to say, this was not a very pleasant stay. "

"Room was spacious staff was amazing..... Door was hard to lock, the lotion was hanging out completely with screws hanging out from wall, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, the floor was super stained & room had a weird smell.....the manager & front desk all were great hotel just needs some TLC the pool had been drained for maintenance, which was the main reason booked for my kids to swim.....would give another chance hotel its a bit better cleaned up next time"
