"I absolutely do not recommend this property. I arrived late on a Friday night, and was assigned and occupied room. When I notified the desk and they gave me another room, that one was occupied as well. By this time it was 10 o’clock at night, and the guest staying in the second room was angry. Understandably so. It put me in a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. When I refuse to try a third room and request requested a refund, my request was not honored. It’s been two days, and I have not yet heard from the daytime manager. Very, very disappointed."
