"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach. We spent four nights there and could have spent way longer, exploring the beautiful surroundings. "

"The property is beautiful, the cabins very well equipped for guest comfort, with fantastic views of the Andes Mountains and the river. The property managers, Maritza and Daniel, were always attentive to our needs; they were two excellent people. The only regrettable thing was that on the second day, there was a light snowstorm that caused a 24-hour power outage, so we had to find hotel accommodations, as the cabins don't have generator backup. This prevented us from enjoying the comforts of the cabins to the fullest, as we had planned."
