"The hotel was brilliant. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was also well maintained and the changing rooms cleaned regularly. There was a lovely breakfast with a huge choice. In fact I think it had the biggest food selection I have seen! The only problem was finding the carpark. Better directions would help especially pointing out that the Car park continued round the back. We will definitely return."

On arrival, our receptionist was welcoming and friendly and she gave us a beautiful room with a lovely view of the river. "Lovely hotel great gym with all new equipment, food ordering at the bar was useless ordered a drink & meal from the table QR code, meal came 20mins later no drink!!!! Shouldn’t the drink come first, either the system doesn’t work so get rid of it or the staff don’t care, this happened twice could leave the table to order as the first time I did it lost my table as I travelled alone, the bar service let the place down."
