"Honestly, not a great experience. The room wasn’t clean when we got there, the toilet had hair in it, which was pretty gross. We also noticed signs of bed bugs, which made it really uncomfortable to stay. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it."

Difficult to navigate through room and not enough places to sit. Nice to have until noon to exit, as we were doing laundry nearby, as recommended."

On arrival one of my rooms was not ready when I arrived at 4 pm (check in time) I wasn’t oriented to what floor I was in nor where the elevators were located because front desk staff was having their own conversation while checking me in. My daughter enjoyed the pool but when we returned to the second room (the one being “prepared”) there were no towels nor conditioner in the dispenser. We attempted to call front desk via land line but it was endless rings without anyone picking up. Called from our other room and same thing occurred. Called through my personal cell phone as I was in pijamas at this point to which I was placed on a 15 minute hold and when finally answered all I was told to was well send someone up and was hung up on. No phone etiquette no customer service. Mind you this is intended to be the “#1 hotel in Laredo”. "
