"Había leído que la limpieza era muy buena y creo que me tocó a mí la que no. No dudo de que en su día la dejaran limpia, pero una revisión antes de la entrada del cliente habría evitado ver el pobre pajarito (…) en la terraza llena de telarañas, polvillo de la gotera del baño encima de la taza, el suelo sucio.
