"Pictures of room were nicer than the reality. Yes, I know I booked a basic room so show what I'm going to get. Front counter reception was not friendly and kinda made us feel not very welcome. Bathroom sliding door latch was broken, if fully open very difficult to close and because of no latch could not fully close. Chairs in living room type area uncomfortable and pushed together with no small table to put coffee or anything else on. And not that the room needed much but all the maids did was drop us a couple of coffee pods . Would have been nice to have an extra bar of soap since pump soap can only be reached if you are showering, and an extra blanket at the foot of the bed as my wife was cold both nights. Amenities looked good. Breakfast was excellent, staff there hustled. The pub was good, good food and beverage selection. Staff there were great. All in all I give a 3.5 out of 5."

"Had a nice stay at the Coast Capri. Room was clean and quiet. The outdoor pool was a great temperature for a swim in late September. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again!"

"As someone who travels a lot and hates corporate hotels, this little gem was a breath of fresh air. Rooms were huge, clean and well maintained, the cafe food and drink were amazing, and the staff some of the most friendly people I have ever met. Could not recommend this place enough, when visiting Kelowna I will now always make this my number one choice."

"If you are looking for a quiet out of the way getaway this is the place. I enjoyed being the ranch with all the animals and peaceful evenings. The room had a great view despite the current Kelowna fires. Would have loved to stay longer."
