The hotel is new and rooms are large. We had a huge extra balcony space but our room was far from the lobby, pool and restaurants. Everything should get a 4.5 star rating, just like the hotel. Kiani Beach Resort Family
The hotel is perfectly pleaaant but lacks the nuanced touches of a genuine 5 star. Some ameneties such as the playground and playarea are tired but the food in the restaurants is hearty and satisfying. Our room with a pool was lovely for a family of three and modern.
