"The apartments are in excellent condition with all mod cons. Spa available for morning use , children really enjoyed it. Staff were extremely nice and always greeted with a smile. "Being right on the strip, the noise of a night time was terrible from the nightlife and the shipworks that were going on, sleeping was a challenge. Checking in was very difficult without phoning ahead first, and even then our check in instructions were sent to a wrong number. Stayed for 7 nights but didn't once see the cleaner to get our towels and toilet rolls replaced, had to buy our own. The location was perfect though as we are a young couple and really enjoyed visiting the bars right on...

"Stayed for a week. Restaurant/Bar staff were fantastic. Room service/cleaning staff were absolutely excellent. Hotel is more of a business hotel, with a nice location near the centre. "Perfect location for strolling around the old centre of Klaipėda. The staff were without exception very polite, friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated that, after my arrival relatively late in the evening by train from Vilnius on a hot day, they let me take a large draft beer up to my room, even though the bar had already closed. "
