"Everything was good"

"Super friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant/bar was lively and busy each night. Great hotel gym with nice equipment and spacious. Not bad location next to mall and eating also Walmart is right down street"

"Room was very dirty. The thermostat didn’t work and the vent was blowing on high all night and very loud. I kept my shoes on and didn’t shower because it was gross. There were holes patched in the walls that weren’t even painted. Sprinklers in ceiling were rusted and ceiling was cracked and falling apart in places. "

"The breakfast buffet was great. Made to order omelets and waffles. It was very busy on a Saturday but worth the wait. Large living are and a separate bedroom. Water stayed hot for four showers straight."

"Front desk staff was very pleasant, breakfast was fully stacked with a good variety. Only complaint is that the pool was absolutely packed so we were unable to use it and there was a ton of high school age kids maybe early college and they were incredibly noisy until at least midnight in the hallways."

"Lol. The breakfast attendant was awesome at handling the woman in the biking shorts. She was complaining that they didn't have eggs. She wanted hard boiled eggs. They had egg and cheese omelets. Fresh Thyme across the street has whatever you need. It's a free breakfast, not a 5 star restaurant. Anyway, the woman said she would be sure to fill out the survey. I apologized to the attendant for her. She was very polite and patient with the woman. "

"Expedia lists the hotel as pet friendly. When we arrived with our fur baby, the woman at the desk seemed unsure if they accepted pets or not. Finally she said they could, but there was a retainer fee of $100 that we would get back upon checkout and room inspection. No problem. Paid it. Next morning I look at my bank app and they had taken $212 out, but later it was corrected to $100. Checked out the following day, and was told that it would be a few days and our money would be returned. After a week and it had not been returned, I called them. The lady who answered didn’t know the answer. She stated she would have to talk to her manager and she would call me back. She didn’t call back. Few days later I called again. I was then told the return of my deposit can take up to 2 weeks. Ok, np. After 2 weeks and still no refund, I called the corporate office. Then I was told that sometimes it can take longer, and actually the pet policy had changed. They don’t allow pets anymore. She said she was going to look into the issue and call me back. That was a week+ ago. No phone call no refund. I am now a month past our stay date. No refunds, no call backs. zero. At this point I don’t have high expectations of hearing from again, nor getting my deposit back. For the record, we are responsible pet owners and there was absolutely no reason that it shouldn’t have been returned, our little man was a perfect gentleman for the stay.. no mess, no smells.. nothing. We won’t be going back there."
