"The location is very convenient. Close to Subway station. Lots of restaurants around. The staff is very helpful. I got upgrade to studio suite for the returned stay."

"Like the location, close to Victoria Harbor and Nice restaurants. Shopping is extremely easy. Room is clean and quiet. The cleaning lady is very diligent and doing excellent job. Only disappointment is the room Hair Drier cord is tripped in the back of the draw, unable to use the Hair Drier at all. Report to the front desk in person and told the clean lady on the problem. Never have any response or action. Didn’t use the hair drier whole stay!"

"My room was cleaned and bedding was done every day. But some furniture items needed to be upgraded to be honest. I found the staff are very helpful especially the concierge team. My flight was cancelled and my luggage was delayed by the airline. The concierge team stepped in to explain and direct me where to get some items of clothing and personal items before the shops closed as I arrived late in the evening. Their service is excellent."

"홍콩 여행 여러번 했는데 항상 호텔들이 꿉꿉한 냄새와 습도 땜에 맘에 안들었어서 이번엔 작정하고 2020년 이후에 지어진 호텔을 골랐고 오래된 호텔 특유의 냄새가 없어서 매우 만족했습니다. 새벽 1시에 도착해서 셔틀 없어서 택시타고 왔는데 74홍콩달러 정도 합니다. 파란색 란타우택시 타면 됩니다."

"Ibis is a efficient hotel offering clean rooms at a convenient location. Transportations, like the MTR, Macau Ferry, buses, and ding-ding is right outside or within an easy walking distance. Too bad the property was sold and will cease operations by the end of 2026."
