"Mountain View and ski in ski out was wonderful. Rooms were very comfy and spacious. Loved the Igloo cold room and dry sauna. An out door and bigger hot tub would fit this hotel vibe much better. Restaurants were quiet and food good but the wine list needed to be revised… the French wine selection was limited… always upselling because the desired wines weren’t available which was very disappointing and irritating…. Change the menu if the wines aren’t available. Overall - the people working at the hotel were wonderful as were the rooms. Breakfast was amazing ❣️Loved the heated locker rooms. Overall a very positive pleasant experience and atmosphere. "

"Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. The hotel staff reported that other guests and staff were sick but that it was “stomach flu” that was in the resort. (Last year they claimed that it was gastroenteritis that was in the resort) We had four other friends on the holiday that we skied and socialised with who were staying elsewhere. They had no issues with sickness. I have had over forty skiing holidays in the Alps and have been sick twice, both in this hotel. This hotel clearly has a problem and the staff and management are denying it. We will not be back. "

"We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. Having the ski rental shop inside the hotel was also very convenient and saved us a lot of time each morning. The spa area, however, felt a bit outdated and would definitely benefit from a refresh. While it is a nice facility, it doesn’t quite match the expectations you might get from the photos. The outdoor pool looks fantastic in the pictures, but unfortunately the water temperature was much colder than expected. As a result, the pool was empty most of the time during our stay – it simply wasn’t warm enough for most guests to use comfortably. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some very convenient features for skiers, but the spa and pool area could be improved to better match the rest of the experience."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market. Clean, and upgraded throughout with professional staff that kindly addressed our questions. We would happily stay here again!"

"Best staff of any 5 star hotel either of us have ever stayed at. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional people skills. Left with the impression every staff member GENUINELY wanted to help you, as opposed to it just being their job. Both myself and travelling companion extremely impressed and instantly put at ease and relaxed by the whole team. Thank you for a wonderful stay, next time hopefully we can stay longer."

"The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. The village has some great restaurants and bars, if a little light on entertainment spaces, but a short lift ride up to 2000 provided more of this if needed. It was also great to visit some of the on-piste bars and restaurants for some mid ski refreshment. "

"Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this everything was "
