Room was gross. Dated and patched over damage everywhere. Stained bedding. Visibly dirty walls. Cigarette burn in duvet. Floor not swept and sticky. Worst of all incredibly noisy foot traffic above our room. Started at 4 am and went steady until 8 am. Brutal. Absolutely awful. Recommend to stay anywhere ...

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
