Comfortable, clean, nice people, good location. The hotel parking is a challenge!

A lovely pool area, nice garden, reasonable wifi did not really balance out my disappointment with the room, over 12 days was very unpleasant. Basic Ground Floor room was dark, stuffy and noisy, and fairly shabby. Always hotter inside than out. I felt the room type was misrepresented. The promised street view was a noisy main road with trucks and traffic 24/7. Security Bars on the window makes it feel like a jail cell. Fridge thermostat was broken and barely cool. AC was promised as an amenity but was inoperable, and only a ceiling fan. Tiny bathroom with awkward access over the bidet to overbath shower that leaked water on to floor. The hot water faded in and out, and was dangerous to keep temperature in control. Promised desk was a coffee table or bench. No pool towels provided. If you need one you have to go all the way back to reception ( odd). Despite the guide stating that pool loungers must not be reserved, on most days none were available with few people in sight. Many advertised amenities not open and should be listed as seasonal ( spa, sauna ). Hot walk up around and down to carpark.
