Terveysriski!!

Varasimme hotellihuoneen 10pväksi hotellista Cenang View Langkawilta. Hotelli ei kuitenkaan vastannut sivuston tietoja. Mm. Huoneessa järkyttävä haju, ötököitä ja hämähäkkejä huoneessa, myös sängyssä. Aamuisin iho ötökän puremia täynnä. Huone siivous vajaavainen: ei wc:n siivousta, lakanoiden vaihtoa sekä likaiset pyyhkeet annettiin käyttöön. Myös lakanat olivat täysin tahrojen peitossa. Peilit, seinät, lattiat lian peitossa. Niitä ei siivottu. Palvelu ala-arvoista. Esim. lentolippuja ei suostuttu tulostamaan vaikka printteri oli pöydällä. Kävimme naapurihotellissa hoitamassa tämän asian. Meteliä ympäri vuorokauden. Viemärikaasujen haju oli kaikista pahin. Asiaa koitettiin korjata pullollisella puhdistusainetta viemäriin, mutta se auttoi vain puoli päivää. Henkilökuntaa ei tämän jälkeen asia kiinnostanut. Lämmintä vettä ei saatu kahteen päivään, koska huonesiivouksen yhteydessä katkaisin oli sammutettu. Kahden hengen huoneessa yksi juomamuki, jota ei kertaakaan vaihdettu puhtaaseen. Henkilökuntaa ei yksinkertaisesti kiinnostanut mikään meidän ongelmistamme. Olemme erittäin pettyneitä hotellin hinta/laatu suhteeseen. Olemme kuitenkin matkustelleet paljonkin elämämme aikana, mutta tämä oli kaikista kokemistamme hotelleista pohjanoteeraus! Olemme kuitenkin aika vaatimattomia hotellien suhteen. Siltikin tämä paikka tuntuu jo olevan terveydelle vaarallinen paikka. (home, viemäri kaasut, ötökät, lika, yleinen hygienia)

Good location but you get what you pay for.

AC not working properly, WiFi kept coming and going all the time. Small bed. Hot and humide toilet. Loud noise from bar/club nearby. Only one keycard although we were two friends sharing the room. The only plus was location and roomsize.

Good stay overall but a/c unit is difficult to set

I generally have a good stay. My main disappointment was with the a/c unit in the room. It is hard to set as the hotel didn't provide an a/c remote for setting the a/c unit; and it is unsafe for the guest to have to stand on the room chair to set the unit as the setting unit is difficult to reach.

Nightmare hotel. Stay away!

The hotel looked like a hospital in China. There was other peoples hair on the bedsheed (several kind of hair both short and long). The bedsheet was from 2016 and it was written on it. The toilet was smelling badly. Looks like the owener is only interested in profit. Old furniture and bed. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Location and 24 hours reception is good. The swimmingpool is a big plus (God knows how dirty the pool is)

Hotel was very poorly maintain. Where do i start. Check in was smooth but the staff wasnt very welcoming. Receive one key card. No concierge. Room was not carpeted. Balcony view was good. Toilet was quite a problem. Tap at the sink wasnt functioning. Tap for toilet keeps coming off. Heater wasnt functioning so we had to use cold water. Table lamp wasnt functioning. No intercom in room. No remote for air cond and the wall control was so high. Main door needs to be push hard to close or else it wouldnt close properly. Housekeeping left our door unlock few times. Luckily we didnt lost anything. Access to pool was a hassle. Rooms are on different block so you have to go down your lift, go to another block then take the lift to the pool. Kids pool very quite small. Have to change at the pool. The location was very good. Surrounded by shops & restaurant. Underwater world is right across the hotel. I will stay at the same area again. But never again at this hotel.
