"This beautiful hotel boasts stunning natural surroundings. During the day, all you can hear is the sound of the waves. I've seen no one trying to sell souvenirs. or water sports.
We thoroughly enjoyed this environment, although some people might find it a bit boring.
Our room seemed a little dated, but it was clean enough. We didn't have a sea view, which didn't bother us at all.

"We had a rainforest chalet fairly near reception, we rarely stay in resorts so we don't really have anything to compare this too but we absolutely loved it. The room was lovely, they left a little present for our toddler which was a lovely touch. The minibar being stocked each day was fab too. Absolutely loved being in the rainforest, the wildlife was amazing and the free evening nature walk was a real highlight, the guide was so knowledgeable and very accommodating. The pool area was great, beach gorgeous with views to all the hills behind. It's quite remote so if you want to travel around you'd need a car but we got a grab easily up to oriental village when we ate a few times as food in the hotel is expensive. We got 3 meals and 3 drinks at oriental village for the same price as one meal in the hotel. Breakfast is wonderful though, so much choice. We used the beach restaurant for breakfast and were usually the only ones in there first thing. It seemed really quiet overall, not sure if it's usually like this or if we really lucked out! "
"We stayed in an over water villa and the room was amazing. View from the room was spectacular and the room was open airy and spacious. Only drawback would be there is not enough shaded areas to get away from the sun. But that really is minor. Wilfred and Shabir were amazing as they we were so personal and warm and made us feel welcomed. Really made an immediate impression on us. Can't wait to go back."
"Nice hotel on a walking distance to Patai Cenang and Patai Tenang. Patai Tenang beach is 5 mniutes walk and it is a better and quiter beach than Patai Cenang.
People at the hotel are very kind and breakfast is very good."
"Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel.

10/10 Excellent
"More than met every expectation.
Luxury for the discerning, not for those looking to flash their cash.
Our marina view room was large, exceedingly comfortable and well equipped, with 2 wardrobes, huge bed, tables, chairs, two wash basins, rainfall shower and separate bath.
Pool and beach areas absolutely superb and we never had a problem finding loungers. Complimentary snacks and refreshments offered around the pool during the afternoon.
Restaurants offered wide range of local and ‘international’ dishes, everything you could wish for so long as you’re not ridiculously fussy…but even if you were I wouldn’t be surprised if the excellent staff tried to accommodate you as best they could.
Location is peaceful but within a short grab/taxi ride of everything."
