"The hotel itself is OK. What spoiled the impression is the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. The rooms were good - though much of the workmanship in the room was poor (holes the drywall around ceiling lights, wallpaper glue on walls, identification marks on marble, etc). "Very convenient, easy access with 2 subways under 10 minutes walk. A few restaurants and a 7/11 opposite the hotel. Breakfast has very limited western choice and heaps of local fares, but then you dont come to China to eat western food. I would like to thank and appreciate for all the help Angela offered to recover my lost mobile phone. Angela you are a champion! Thank you"
