"This is an old hotel with lots of character in the centre of the village. Due to its location, it's super noisy in the summer if you have your windows open. You need to have the windows open because the summers are very hot here. There are rooms with a courtyard view, ask for one of those if the noise bothers you. Unfortunately, when we asked to switch rooms and the night clerk couldn't have been more rude. The clerk we dealt with earlier said that there were lots of rooms available. ...

"We booked this a couple of hours before we arrived as we are driving to France. This has to be one of the best stays we've had in any hotel. The village itself is gorgeous and very quaint. The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves. "Ich habe auf einer Velotour dort übernachtet. Hotel liegt direkt an den Velorouten 5 und 8. Mit viel Style renoviertes Gebäude. Self Check-in funktionierte bestens. Restaurant im Gebäude. Extrem ruhig in der Nacht, direkt am Aare Ufer. "
