"Die Lage ist absolut hervorragend(2Min zur U-Bahn), keine Geräusche der Stadt wahrnehmbar, allerdings waren wir im Erdgeschoß und Mann hat sehr laut die Tür und die Leute im Treppenhaus und das Getrampel und manche Gespräche von oben gehört... Schallschutz von Außen war sehr gut, im Haus leider nicht! Direkt gegenüber der Apartmentanlage ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein Café fast direkt an der Anlage. "The location is great and we have stayed last Thanksgiving. The bakery is two blocks down and the market is two blocks! All public transportation is a short walk and just over a mile to the palace. The area is safe and the school is just behind. It is quiet and safe. We loved it and hope to come again. The bathroom is huge! It has a claw foot tub and a walk in shower. We had a great time here."

"We were a party of 6 and we all fit just fine. The apartment is small but we managed alright. Its an easy walk from the train station. Management is excellent with communication, they responded quickly when we had a question. "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"This hotel was a RIOT! Let me first say, would *absolutely* stay here again. Stayed with young kids in summer. Convenient location via subway/bus to train station, zoo/palace (15-min walk to edge of palace grounds), downtown, etc. Lovely, safe neighborhood; grocery store just steps away. Had read reviews & knew the exterior of the building did not reflect the quality of the room inside. However, the outside & entrance of this building is SO rough & derelict-looking, that even our Uber driver...
