"The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again."

"The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and when the hotel restaurant wasn't open, a hotel-owned restaurant next door had excellent food. The difficult thing about getting a 4 star rating in Nakuru, Kenya, is that the area is subject to frequent power outages and the internet service simply isn't the best. I wish this property didn't have to deal with these inconveniences because everything else was superb. "

"I did not stay at Jarika bexause when i got there the management told me they had never heard of hotels.com and did not receive any booking or money. I was asked to pay again if i wanted to stay. So i left i booked abother hotel, and after i have settles in this other hotel, i received a mesaage from Jarika saying it was under renovation and cannot accommodate guests and would put me up in a Waffle Suite. "We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate.
