Booked a king bed but when I got there they told me no cable in that room. They gave me a room with a double bed that were on top of being small were very uncomfortable plus so much dust in air conditioner my allergies were affected plus it stunk couldn’t stay had to repack and go drive around and find a clean hotel plus staff never used a mask or gloves when I went back next day because I forgot my meds in drawer He told me he already cleaned room and there was nothing in the room I walked past him into room opened drawer pulled out my meds room was not clean I wouldn’t want my enemy staying here
Very clean. But when I went to check in the office door was locked and she wouldn’t answer the door bell. Had to call her to open the door even though she was right in the other room.
Mom and I stayed for 2 nights we were attending a wedding at the Lake House. It was a very nice stay good location and walking distance to the Wedding.
The room was small and smelled of cigarette smoke. The tv was broken. It was supposed to be a king size bed but was two full size instead. One bed had sheets with fresh blood stains on them. The overall condition of the room was best described as dingy and old. The photo offered on the website does not reveal the real condition of this place. I will not be going back. And it was over-priced on top of that! This place was probably nicer about 50 years ago when it was built.
Comfortable room and was very clean. Property was quiet and felt safe. All extended stay amenities provided. Only complaint was the lack of working outlets. Otherwise extremely satisfied for the cost of the room.
Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Coffee pot didn't work but reception offered to replace it as soon as we reported it. Very handy location for Tanglewood, Edith Wharton's "Mount", and Mount Greylock.
Surprisingly pleasant for an inexpensive (mid-wk) motel: large room with micro and fridge; places to sit outside (a glider! a fire pit!); convenient for what I wanted (except for ice cream . . ). Go eat at Mad BBQ up the road
(closed SunMonTues).
The property was darling, room was clean and reasonably priced. Check in was a little iffy. Overall, I liked the property and would consider staying there again.
The hotel is in need of updates, although it was relatively clean. Probably hasn’t been updated since it opened, just maintained

Please refund me for this transaction. This property sold the room that I paid for with two double beds to another party. I am not going to take the time to call Expedia on this. Please confirm that a refund is issued.
I had a problem finding the office, as I arrived about 9:30pm. It's actually next door, built into the owner's house. Check in was quick and easy, though I had near miss on my way out: The steps and the sidewalk in front of them are on an incline. I lost my balance on the top step and didn't regain it until I got to the driveway. After that, I was more careful.
The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean....and COLD. I tried calling the office several times, but no one picked up, as the owner was somewhere in the house where he couldn't hear the office phone. So I went back to the office and rang the doorbell. I was given instructions and told that if I couldn't get it to work, come back to the office and he'd send "....one of his guys over." Not long afterward, there was a knock on the door; the "guy" came without my asking for him. The room was toasty warm in about 15 minutes.
On the whole, I was very happy with my stay.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The snow had not been cleared from the walkway up to the unit.
No ice available. No available computer to print boarding pass. Rooms smell stale and units need to be updated. Very nice people but we most likely will stay elsewhere from now on.
