"Excellent stay, very welcoming reception staff. The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. Bit of a pain if you have lots of luggage as the current entrance is down some steep stairs and a bit of a walk from the car park. Car park was free (maybe due to the building works going on?) Our hotel room seemed to have been renovated recently, it was beautiful, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. Mini fridge which had 4 bottles of water and 2 chocolate bars, 2 huge TVs and a very comfy sofa bed. The room even had a lovely dining table and 4 chairs.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Very short walk to the tram station and around 25 min trip into Ghent city centre. We would definitely stay again!"
