"The breakfast can be better. Eggs were tough on the sides because no one was stirring them to keep them fresh. Salmon had grey edges from spending too much time outside the refrigerator. The rooms need to have slippers and robes, the floors need to be fixed, they are not straight and it's annoying. The hair dryer is horrible, please replace it with a proper powerful hairdryer, it's unusable. Everything else is excellent. "

"This hotel looks rather old from the outside, the reception area is in a 80's style, but this impression stops there. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also very satisfactory. One of the best value for money I came accross in the last few years. "The staff went out of their way to be helpful! It was a school holiday, so Taxi’s were hard to get. We walked to the hotel from the Train Station across the river. When we discovered that the hotel restaurant was booked & we would have to walk to another one, the front desk clerk actually got his car & drove us there! We very much appreciated this. This hotel is within close walking distance of 2 castles & a beautiful shopping area. The food was excellent, the hotel very comfortable & the staff were more than welcoming."
