The hotel was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff was excellent, smiling and very friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Very nice. The property is going through a renovation but my room was spotless and all the staff was very helpful
Clean room. Overall clean hotel. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t like that the indoor pool was freezing cold. I was traveling with small children and this is why we booked here because of the indoor pool during winter . We thought that it would be warm but it was freezing and we called reception and nothing was done about it. That was a huge disappointment. But overall it was ok.

Brandi and Veronica at the front desk were so awesome they have the best customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they make the hotel very hospitable
Brandie was the only positive about the stay. She had excellent customer service. Give her a raise! The hotel was rundown and stuffy. The carpet was dirty. It just felt like there was no air circulating which made the room feel damp. Definitely not what you would expect from a Hampton.
